Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fragrance Guru, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund and exchange policy under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is not damaged, broken, or altered in any way.

  • The return request is made within the 7-day period and includes proof of purchase (order ID/invoice).

  • The item is not part of a non-returnable or final sale category.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@fragranceguru.com.pk within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, a reason for the return/exchange, and if possible, attach photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange the product for another item (e.g., a different fragrance or variant):

  • We will process the exchange after receiving the original item in acceptable condition.

  • Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher value.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
